Dober Partners has worked with over 200 European associations and numerous multinational companies on diverse projects, not just recruiting senior roles but also other strategic services spanning association leadership, corporate public affairs, reorganizations and consultancy. For instance, one of our first assignments was to interview corporate CEOS and Director Generals of national member associations on key challenges facing the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA), and compiled a strategic report with long term recommendations. More recently we helped a global healthcare company create a global academy to educate executives on regulatory affairs issues. We have also worked with clients such as the Swiss Finance Council and Teva to provide analysis, facilitate workshops and train senior staff.
