Christophe Lécureuil

Christophe Lécureuil is a Senior Adviser with Dober Partners and leads CLC Consult. Christophe had the privilege of working with great organizations in the field of international public affairs and communications for the past 25 years, including; heading up European Government Relations for McDonald’s and managing International Communications & Public Affairs for Yum! Brands (KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell) across 100 countries. As a consultant in Geneva, Brussels and London, he had the opportunity to work with multiple sectors and industries over the years, ranging from public health, sports, to industrial and consumer goods. He also enjoyed his stint in the NGO world as Head of Corporate Communications at The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) in Geneva. Christophe serves as the Executive Director of the European Centre for Public Affairs, a Brussels-based non-profit think tank dedicated to promoting excellence in public affairs. He also regularly teaches at the Graduate Institute in Geneva on advocacy and lobbying. He started his career as an expert at the European Parliament. He is a French national and holds Master’s Degrees in Political Science and International Affairs.

Romain Buob

Romain Buob has +15 years’ experience in various HR and people related functions within companies in Switzerland. Romain’s main skills are: recruitment and sourcing of candidates in various sectors, career transition coaching, and training. He was previously Head of Department and recruiter at Adecco Finance, HR Manager for a hedge fund boutique and in-house recruiter and HR business partner for HSBC Private Bank. He is now managing outplacement programmes and career coaching to executives in the region with futura21 SA. Romain founded Akwire in 2010 to provide training solutions and recruitment services mainly to financial institutions in Geneva. Akwire is the legally certified recruitment partner of Dober Partners in Switzerland.
